At Nickey Kehoe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and receive further instructions.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are intact. Items must be in unused, original condition to be eligible for a refund.
Ship the Item
Affix your shipping label to the package and drop it off at your nearest carrier location. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned merchandise at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
